Homeowners’ Resource was established by Bruce Fielden, who moved to Hot
Springs Village in 1989 from Dallas, Texas. Homeowners’ Resource has the
reputation for building high quality homes, with original design while making
every effort to keep cost at a minimum.  In 2004 Jim Phillips, Bruce’s son-in-law,
relocated to Hot Springs Village from Fort Worth, Texas and joined Homeowners’
Resource as an on-the-job supervisor and Vice President.

We are proud of the fact that over the years we have done very little
advertising, most all our new construction comes from “word of mouth”…. a
culmination of approximately eighty to ninety custom homes.  Through the
years of construction, most of our clients have become more than just clients.
They have become lifetime friends.  

We offer our customers the finest in materials and construction.  With these
high standards we still continually strive to obtain lower pricing, which we pass
on to our clients. With all this in mind, we still stay flexible to our customer’s
needs.
